Label printers need to be serviced and maintained properly to keep running efficiently. IML offer Aftersales Support in the form of Annual Contracts, Call-Out Agreements and Telephone/Online Support.
The majority of work is carried out by our own engineers to reduce the prospect of return to base workshop repairs which we understand can impact on your productivity.
On installation of your new printer and software we offer FREE training for your team to ensure that they fully understand the capabilities of the equipment and the interaction with your labels.
After this, if you still need help, that’s fine, we’re with you all the way. Telephone and online support is available throughout the working day.
When you buy one of our software packages we’ll provide free technical support to help you while you get up and running. After this period you can protect yourself against technical difficulties and downtime with an aftersales support contract.
